We have 365 yards of ribbon & trimmings up for grabs in the latest of our fabulous competitions. Prize is worth over £150!

  10. I love the Turquoise fairy cakes designed by Kathleen Rietz- I'd use it to decorate a crazy patchwork cushion for my God-daughter!

  11. My absolute favourite ribbon is the Twill Stripe in Green. Chevron stripes are by far one of the best patterns on the face of the planet and I would use this ribbon to trim cushions, bedding, tablecloths, purses... the list is never ending!!

  13. I love all the ribbons. I'm torn between what I would choose to do first. I want to make a accessories for my lounge/dining and so one plan would be to cover a plywood board with hessian, criss cross it with ribbons that include the Floral Felt Ribbon Trim in brown [R/1179] then make matching cushions.

    I would also use a variety of ribbons to trim hearts to hang on the chair backs at my daughter's wedding reception in August. Guests will be able to take the hearts as souvenirs of a great day.

  20. Being a recent convert to patchwork and quilting I would love to use many of the ribbons but particularly the velvet ones to decorate my next big project! Velvet is so cosy and touchy-feely - perfect for a cosy quilt.

  22. Hmmm this is a tough one, it's a tie between the printed cup cake ribbon and the corded velour ribbon in purple as think both would look funky as a trim for an a-line skirt.

  23. The twill tape is so classic, but it's a throw up between the orange and green for me. I would trim my new place mats and napkins i just made with it. I love it!!!!!!

  24. It has to be the gingham ribon for me! Its just so versatile! Whether its for sewing, crafting, decorating presents wrapped in brown paper, or adorning a twiggy Easter feature on the fireplace! I just can't get enough of the gingham ribbon love!

  29. I sooooo want to make a scrummy beach bag in Dan Stiles organic marine bundle (already got that from you thank you) adorned with the most beautiful Apricot scalloped edged grosgrain ribbon! I can see it now, I want it now soo much - roll on summer!!

  37. I'm totally lovin' them all.. but it has to be the chenille dot skinny in brown pink for me.. A gorg little trim on the top of pockets on a dress for my daughter. She would love the different feel and texture of this :-)

    I have also purchased a few of these, so the ribbons would look great on them! ;-)

Im torn between two as love the butterfly ribbon in shell grey the extra width means can be used for lovely trim to dresses n smock tops also to use on bags and cushions which Ive got into recently And the Floral felt ribbon in white as this is what Ive been searching for to finish off my wedding cake just beautifull :0)

  39. I am just planning decorating my little boys room as he moves from nursery to make way for baby. Im also only just learning how to sew on my new sewing machine! Therefore mum is making the stuff like curtains while I'm going to have a go at a beanbag and a wall hanging pocket thing. I love the pencil striped in a bottle as it goes perfectly with my dinosaur curtains and I'm sure I could work it into my wall hanging. But I think I love everything and if I won this amazing giveaway I would have to make a little taggie blanket for mu new baby!!

  48. I love the American Craft flowers on white ribbon - I would use it for making cards, and also to embellish felt and fabric decorations!
    All of the ribbons are so lovely - there are endless possibilities of what I could do if I won!!

  50. It would just have to be Grosgrain Stitched Edge in Red White, absoloutly perfect for gathering up and making rose style corsages to adorn jackets, cardigans, dresses, hairbands and hats and celecbrating the royal wedding and great brittania!
